At EcoVision360 (E360), we are dedicated to protecting the privacy of our online visitors. We have established the following policies. Please excuse the legal speak; sometimes you've just got to put things this way.

INFORMATION YOU SEND TO US

We welcome all submissions to our site. Please note that all suggestions, ideas, concepts, messages, emails, samples, and all other content or submissions (collectively "Submissions") shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of E360 and you hereby assign all rights in the Submissions to E360. All material on this site are the property of E360. Any use or presentation of this material anywhere other than the E360 Web site requires the express written consent of E360.

You understand that all information, data, graphics, images, photographs, text, layout, or logos and the format or design therein ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. You acknowledge and agree that E360 may preserve Content and may also disclose Content. Recognizing the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

E360 has obtained all permissions and licenses to use images, photographs, text and/or representations of the products contained within the Site; all trademarks, trade names, service marks are registered intellectual property of, and are proprietary to, the respective owners of the product lines represented herein.

E360 honors copyrights and respects the rights granted under copyright to all intellectual property. If you notify us with claims of alleged copyright infringement, we will investigate these notices and will take appropriate actions under applicable intellectual property laws. All efforts will be made by E360 upon investigation, to remove access to any material found to be infringing upon the rights determined under copyright law governed by the U.S.A.

We maintain an ad server on site and occasionally use third-party advertising to serve ads when you visit our website. We may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You will receive a login and password upon completing your account registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to exit from your account at the end of each session, and to immediately notify E360 of any unauthorized use of your login, password, account, or other breach of security. E360 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this paragraph.

SITE USE AND RULES

Users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this site.

Users agree to (as available) send and receive electronic mail, engage in conferences and chats, download and upload files, and otherwise use this site only as permitted by these terms and conditions, any additional policies or procedures published in this Web site from time to time by E360, and applicable law.

E360 reserves the right for any reason and in its sole discretion to remove without notice any contents of this site received from users. E360 reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this site or any portion thereof without notice.

When users register to receive the E-Newsletters affiliated with the E360 site, they will be required to provide the following information: name and e-mail address. Additional information is requested, but not required. At this time, E360 will not share information gathered on this site with other commercial or non-commercial entities. Submission to E360 e-mail lists will require verification by the user to commence, and users may terminate or change their subscriptions at any time by following links that will be included with every E-Newsletter.

User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A., (to be selected in the sole discretion of E360) in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this site. Use of this site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

User acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between the user and E360 as a result of this agreement or use of this site. User agrees not to hold himself or herself out as a representative, agent, or employee of E360 in printed or any other form.
